Dry Needling Therapy

A precise, evidence-based technique using thin filiform needles to release muscular tension, reduce pain, and restore optimal movement patterns.

What Is Dry Needling?

Targeting the source of pain and tension

Dry needling involves inserting a thin needle directly into trigger points — tight, irritable knots in muscle tissue that cause pain locally and in referred areas. The needle stimulates the tissue to release the knot and restore normal function.

Unlike acupuncture, dry needling is rooted in Western anatomy and neuroscience, targeting specific musculoskeletal dysfunctions rather than energy meridians.
